He told us how to present the house, what to remove, the relevent documents the lender needed, etc. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had and posted any relevant information I needed. He was also there for the closing so I wasn’t in the dark. When the closing was delayed, Todd made sure the buyers lender was doing their part. Todd is fantastic ! He is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, transparent and personable. He moved fast which is what I really liked and has great energy, it made buying my new home less of a hustle.
