Todd is a great realtor and a special person. As the executor of my father's estate, I needed help in selling his home. I responded to a mailer from Todd due to his background in probate sales. He immediately returned my call and after conversing with him, knew that Todd was my best option. From that point on, he worked closely with all parties involved, including my attorney. I frequently thanked Todd for his attention to detail and he would often respond with the phrase "that's why you hired me". During our few months together, I learned a lot about Todd's family, his hobbies, his interests, and his musical preferences. He is a real down to earth guy! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in today's market. I certainly will use him in the future and want to again thank him for a job well done.

Todd's dynamic. He got the house on the market quickly. He did an amazing job with the marketing. He is professional and kept us well informed throughout the process. First time home seller here. Todd was real helpful and made selling a real easy process. Todd was there every step of the way. He told us how to present the house, what to remove, the relevent documents the lender needed, etc. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had and posted any relevant information I needed. He was also there for the closing so I wasn’t in the dark. When the closing was delayed, Todd made sure the buyers lender was doing their part. Im sure the nudged pushed the closing date earlier or it couldve been alot later. Overall, couldn’t have sold my house without Todd’s experience. Highly recommend!
